Nosework evening

Churnet Valley Dog Training

We had a great evening! look out for dates of more of these classes.

At Ipstones Memorial Hall, Church Lane, Ipstones, Staffordshire ST102LD

Tracking 2012

An evening of teaching your dog to track and search for articles. Harness your dog's incredible sense of smell into an activity you can both enjoy. It's fascinating to see your dog follow an invisible track and find articles along the way. We will also do search squares where the dog finds and retrieves articles placed on the ground. This kind of activity with your dog increases your bond and is a excellent brain exercise.
Suitable for all breeds, puppies and older dogs. It's very calming and gives the dog a sense of well-being.

This is my very favourite activity with my dogs and I would like to share it and teach others so you can also enjoy it.

You will need a harness and long lead for your dog, I will have some equipment you can borrow. Bring your dogs favourite toy plus a few others and treats, bring your clicker if you use one. You will need boots, wellingtons or strong sensible shoes as the ground is uneven and may be wet. Please bring waterproofs if it's raining and you may need insect repellent.

The session is two hours long and is 10.

Please pre-book by ringing me to discuss and how to pay. 01538 703568
